Jay Martin is an Approved Instructor for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF). He is prepared to offer CISM training at your location to help make training available to your team at an affordable cost. Jay became a trainer because of his belief that CISM makes a positive difference in the lives of people in the aftermath of critical incidents. UP CISM TRAINING exists to help assure that CISM teams in the Upper Peninsula will have access to a variety of ICISF courses at affordable rates.
